Peach Rosé Wine Slushie

Frozen slices of peaches blended with cold rosé wine. This peach rosé wine slushie is simple, delicious, and perfect for warm summer days!

Peach Rosé Wine Slushie

Hi! This is Andrea from Cooking with a Wallflower.

This month I’m back with a brand new recipe perfect for warm summer days. It’s already August, and summer is starting to wrap up. School is starting, the days are becoming shorter, and the weather gets cooler. So while it’s still warm out and we’re in need of cool refreshing drinks, I thought I’d share this Peach Rosé Wine Slushie with you.

Peach Rosé Wine Slushie

How did you spend your summer this year? Did you go on any trips? Will you be doing any last minute getaways before summer is over? I would love to hear what you’re doing.

In the mean time, let’s talk about this delicious summer cocktail.

Peach Rosé Wine Slushie

I’m always looking for a great cocktail. Something simple to make so that I can easily make it when I need it last minute. But also so amazing, that no one will know just how simple and easy it is to make.

This wine slushie needs only two ingredients, but it is just so so good. It’s the perfect summer cocktail for serving to friends and family on a hot day, it’s perfect for cooling down at the end of a long work day, it’s perfect for poolside. Seriously, you’ll want these slushie ingredients on hand for all your summer gatherings and occasions.

Peach Rosé Wine Slushie

To make this peach rosé wine slushie, add frozen peach slices to a blender or a food processor. Pour cold rosé wine in. Add a little bit of sugar or your favorite sweetener if desired. But it’ll also be good just by itself.

Peach Rosé Wine Slushie

Blend the peach and rosé wine until it becomes a slushie like consistency. Pour the wine slushie into small glasses or wine glasses. If the wine slushie isn’t frozen enough, place it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes, or until it becomes the consistency you like.

Serve them ice cold, right out of the freezer.

I hope you’ll enjoy this perfectly delicious summer cocktail as much as I do!
