This delicious, creamy, Creme Brulee martini is the perfect substitute for a Creme Brulee dessert, it’s all the flavor without all the calories!
I was doing some research for a post I have coming up about Fall and Winter’s best cocktails, when I stumbled across this delicious Creme Brulee martini recipe on the Food Network.
The last couple months I’ve been cutting back on a lot of food items, especially desserts, because I’m working out, and getting ready for our trip to Mexico in October. But when I found this recipe I thought, “if I can’t eat dessert than I’ll drink it, with a fraction of the calories!”
Who doesn’t love a low calorie “dessert”, especially if it’s Creme Brulee!? So here’s my version of a Creme Brulee martini.
Here’s what you’ll need –
- Whipped cream Vodka (or Vanilla Vodka, both are good)
- Frangelico
- Orange liqueur
- 1 – Graham cracker
- 1- Tablespoon of brown sugar (optional)
- Martini glass
- Martini shaker
- Ice
Here’s how to make it –
Place the graham cracker in a small plastic baggie and use your hand to smash it up until it turns into graham cracker dust. You could also use a food processor or a coffee grinder but then you’d have to wash it. 🙂
Once the graham crackers are all smooshed up, add 1 TBS of brown sugar to the bag and mix it around.
Empty the graham cracker sugar dust onto a plate. Use your fingers, or a damp paper towel, to wet the rim of the martini glass, then carefully roll the rim of the martini glass around in the graham cracker sugar dust to line the top of the glass.
Set the martini glass aside and fill the martini shaker about 1/3 of the way full with ice. Add to the shaker 2 oz of Whipped Cream Vodka, 2 oz of Frangelico, and 1 oz of orange liqueur. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds, then strain it into your martini glass.
If you want to make the Creme Brulee martini a little creamier, you can add a 1/4 oz of heavy cream, but I didn’t add any to mine since I’m trying to cut back on the calories. 😉
Now sit back and enjoy your dessert, cheers!

Honestly they are both really good but I prefer the Whipped Cream Vodka. 🙂

What orange liqueur did you use?
Anna says
I used Patron Citronge, but you could also use triple sec, that’s probably easier to find. 🙂 Enjoy!
