Baked Honey Macadamia Nut Brie

Baked brie topped with honey and chopped macadamia nuts, served with crackers, this baked honey macadamia nut brie is the perfect appetizer for any holiday gathering.

Baked Honey Macadamia Nut Brie

Hi! This is Andrea from Cooking with a Wallflower, and I’m back this month on Ask Anna to share with you a brand new recipe just in time for the holidays. It’s the perfect dish to bring to any holiday dinner.

There has been so much going on lately for the holidays. I always want to set time aside to enjoy the holiday season, but it always moves by so quickly. One moment, it’s almost Thanksgiving and the next Christmas is just days away and the new year is just around the corner. There’s still presents to buy and holiday menus to plan and cookies to bake. Especially since this year, there are dinners with friends and mini holiday parties again.

Baked Honey Macadamia Nut Brie

So of course, I need a recipe that’s simple with zero fuss for those days when I need to make an appetizer or snack for family or friends.

This baked brie is one of my favorite dishes because it’s so simple with just three ingredients. You can use a slice of brie cheese or an entire wheel of brie. Either works. Add chopped macadamia nuts to the brie. Or if you prefer, you can also use walnuts, almonds, pecans, or pistachios. Just use your favorite. Drizzle honey on top before baking.

Baked Honey Macadamia Nut Brie

I love that the brie melts and the honey caramelizes over the chopped nuts to create a candied texture. The flavor of this dish is seriously soooo good. Serve the baked brie with crackers, baguette slices, apple slices, or anything you’d like. This makes the perfect finger food at any party.

Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This helps keep the honey from caramelizing on the baking sheet, and clean up so much easier.

Place the brie on the parchment paper. Top the brie with chopped macadamia nuts. Drizzle honey on top of the brie and the macadamia nuts.

Bake the brie for about 10 minutes or until the brie has melted.

Place the baked honey macadamia nut brie on a serving platter, and serve warm, with crackers or crusty bread. Enjoy scooping up the sweet melty cheese, and savor all the delicious flavors!

Enjoy! Happy Holidays!

Andrea
