Apple Cider Rosé Mimosa

A fall inspired cocktail made of equal parts apple cider and rosé wine. This apple cider rosé mimosa is simple, delicious, and perfect for your fall gatherings.

Apple Cider Rosé Mimosa

Hi! This is Andrea from Cooking with a Wallflower. I’m back this month on Ask Anna to share with you a brand new fall inspired recipe, perfect for the holiday season.

I can’t believe that Thanksgiving is now just weeks away. That means that it’s time to start planning for our holiday gatherings. From the turkey to the side dishes to the desserts to the drinks. I feel like there’s so much planning to do. Especially if you’re having guests over. Have you already started planning your Thanksgiving day dinner?

Apple Cider Rosé Mimosa

I thought I’d drop in to share with you this fall inspired cocktail. I love a good mimosa with weekend brunch. What I love most is how you can change up your mimosa with your favorite juice so that it can always be different. With this version, I wanted to elevate our mimosas a little by switching the champagne with rosé wine. One of my favorite types of sparkling wines! You still get that classic bubbliness that we love with just a reddish color for some festiveness.

And of course, with the addition of apple cider, this drink is perfect for the holiday season. You can serve it for your fall brunches or you can save it for an easy drink to impress your family and friends for the holidays.

Apple Cider Rosé Mimosa

To make this apple cider rosé mimosa, pour apple cider into a glass. Then add crushed ice until it’s just above the apple cider. Now pour the rosé wine into the glass so that it hits the ice. This gives the drink a layered look. Add more crushed ice.

Serve the apple cider rosé mimosa cold.

Enjoy!
