Baked brie topped with honey and chopped macadamia nuts then served with crackers. This baked honey macadamia nut brie is the perfect appetizer for any holiday gathering.
- 1 wheel of brie or wedge of brie
- Macadamia nuts
- Honey
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. This helps keep the honey from caramelizing on the baking pan and clean up so much easier.
- Place the brie on the parchment paper. Top the brie with chopped macadamia nuts. Drizzle honey on top of the brie and the macadamia nuts.
- Bake the brie for about 10 minutes or until the brie has melted.
- Serve the baked honey macadamia nut brie warm with crackers or crusty bread.
