Blogiversary #3!!!

I can’t believe 3 years of blogging have already come and gone. I remember first starting, thinking those that had been blogging for 3 or more years were experts! Well I’m no expert but I have definitely learned a lot in the past three years, which I hope make my blog, and my posts, a better resource for you to find answers to your questions.

So much happened this year but one of the biggest things was the makeover Ask Anna got last summer! I’m still in love with my new colors, layout, etc. and I think it makes finding answers to your questions, so much easier! I’m a lucky girl to have such an awesome IT woman! I also got to attend my second Haven Conference, in Atlanta, which was a blast! I love getting to meet, and hang out with, my online friends, in person!

Because it’s fun, let’s keep with tradition and look at Ask Anna’s 3rd full year by a breakdown of numbers.

700 – the total of posts published to date on Ask Anna, including this one (It used to be more but I deleted some of the really bad ones, from when I first started)

5,002 – number of comments left this year (9,585 total for the years)

50,785 – total number of Pinterest followers (that’s 30,000+ new followers this year!)

701,000 – the highest number of pageviews for one post! Which post you ask?

7,381,000 – the total number of pageviews for the past year (that’s 1.15 million more than the year before!)

3 – the number of video tutorial I posted on my blog this year (not including this one from a contributor for how to hang clothes like a genius)

29,395 – number of Facebook followers, I started the year with less than 10,000!

15 – the number of house projects I posted about, there are SO many more to come! (2 of them were at a friend’s house)

2 – the number of houses we’ve lived in, and done projects on this year

1,865 – number of Google+ followers

973 – number of Instagram followers (the easiest way to get sneak peeks at what I’m working on)

3 – the number of family members I live with that are super understanding of my countless projects, picture taking, and crazy blogging ideas, without them I would be nothing.

I want to say a BIG thank you to you too, my amazing, faithful followers! It is you that allow me to do what I love, answering your questions and getting your feedback is what makes me love my job so much. Thank you SO MUCH for another amazing year of blogging, I can’t wait to see what year 4 will have in store!!!
