Crusty bread stuffed with shredded mozzarella cheese then brushed with a garlicky butter. This spicy cheesy garlic pull apart bread is simple to make and so delicious.
Hi! This is Andrea from Cooking with a Wallflower, and I’m back at Ask Anna this month to share with you this spicy cheesy garlic pull apart bread.
It’s officially spring, and I think it’s the perfect time for gatherings with friends. So many things to celebrate. Birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, tea parties. Any excuse to hang out with friends, eat good food, and have fun, right?
So, today, I wanted to share with you an easy to make spicy cheesy garlic pull apart bread. It takes very little effort to make with simple ingredients, and it’s a great appetizer or snack to share with your friends and family.
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Line a baking sheet with foil. Melted cheese may get on the baking sheet so foil will help the cleaning process go so much faster. Set aside for now.
Cut into a small loaf of crusty bread about 1/2 -1 inch apart in horizontal and vertical lines. Make the cuts as deep as possible without slicing completely through.
Stuff shredded mozzarella cheese into the crevices in the bread.
In a small skillet, melt butter over low to medium heat for about a minute or two. Add minced garlic and cook for a couple minutes until the garlic has browned and become aromatic. Spoon the garlic into the crevices and brush the butter over the top of the bread.
Sprinkle crushed red pepper over the top of the bread. Wrap the bread completely with the aluminum foil, and then bake the spicy cheesy garlic pull apart bread for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Serve the spicy cheesy garlic pull apart bread immediately warm.
Enjoy!
