As soon as the weather cools down I start craving childhood favorites like corn chowder and chicken noodle soup. But who has time to stand over a hot stove for hours? So today I’m sharing the best crockpot chicken noodle soup, it’s easy, delicious, filled with fresh ingredients and your family is guaranteed to love it!
This recipe is so easy and comforting on a cool Fall evening. The best part is that you will probably have leftovers (we always do) so you’ll have an even quicker and easier meal for another night!
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 bag bow tie noodles
- 1 bag bow tie noodles
- 2 frozen chicken breasts
- 2 frozen chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Add chicken to the crockpot then top it with the broth, cream of chicken soup, red onion, celery carrots, frozen corn, salt and pepper.
- Cook on Low for about 5 hours.
- Remove chicken from the crockpot, shred it, then return it to the crockpot.
- Add the noodles to the crockpot and cook on High for another hour.
- Serve it up, garnish and enjoy!
