Do you ever move furniture around, or look under a couch cushion and find missing game pieces, or random puzzle pieces? I know I have! Sometimes it’s hard to tell what game, or puzzle, it goes to if it’s just one piece. When I was at my friend Bethany’s house taking pictures of her game closet she showed me this awesome solution for what to do with all those random pieces that turn up. She calls it the “Missing Pieces Bag”.
When she showed this to me, all I could say was, “why didn’t I think of that!?” It’s such a simple and easy solution, and it makes so much sense! In the past when I’ve found missing game pieces or random puzzle pieces, I always make sure to put them someplace safe, someplace I won’t forget them… meaning I can never find them when I’m looking for them!
But keeping a Ziplock bag with all the missing pieces, in your game closet, is the perfect way to keep track of all the pieces. Now when you’re playing a game and you realize there’s a missing piece, you’ll know exactly where to look!
