With school in session this is SUCH a busy time of year! There are so many days where we are rushing around from one thing to another, and at the end of the day the last thing I want to do is make dinner! I know we’ve all been there.
Usually on nights like that it’s bean burritos for dinner, in our house, because eating out can get pricey, and I’m not a fan of fast food because it’s so unhealthy. But there are so many times when I wish I could have a personal chef that would come to my house and make me something amazing, which is why I was so excited to discover the new P.F. Chang’s Home Menu frozen meals. The rich, flavorful meals are that of an exceptional Asian dining experience, but with the ease, and comfort of eating at home.
These aren’t your typical frozen dinners, they boast quality meats, crisp colorful, fresh vegetables and full-flavored sauces. Your family will be so impressed, they’ll have no idea you didn’t make it from scratch!
Each meal is enough for two people, which makes it easy to mix and match the meals to create a family-style dining experience, just like at the restaurant. It’s the perfect dinner for Wok Wednesday!
My family loved the Mongolian Chicken and Shrimp Lo Mein. With a side of steamed rice there was plenty of food for all of us, and even enough for my daughter to get seconds (which she NEVER asks for). 🙂
If you’re one of us that’s always on the go, but you don’t want to sacrifice quality food for your family, look for the new P.F. Chang’s Home Menu frozen meals, available in your grocery stores frozen aisle, nationwide.
I’ve got more good news for you! I’m giving away a Wok Wednesday Kit for you to enjoy your very own P.F. Chang’s Wok Wednesday meal! The Wok Kit includes: branded woks, chopsticks, tableware etc. To enter to win, leave a comment sharing your #WokWednesday celebration ideas. What would you/do you do on #WokWednesday?
Winner will be randomly selected, using random.org, and notified by IZEA. Good luck!

I don’t have a wok, but I can stir fry in some other pans I have. My family is not as big on those types of dishes as I am, but I love to stir up some chicken with some chopped veggies and serve on a bed of rice. Yum

We have a Mexican night and a pizza night, but we have never done a night centered around Asian food. Wok Wednesday would be a great addition to our routine. There are so many ways to eat Asian food that you could literally eat it in some form or another every night and not tire of it. Maybe we could buy the girls a Kimono to make it more festive.
