I have a treat for you today! One of our local photographers, Jamie Solorio, emailed me awhile back and told me she was going to be turning her garage into a photography studio, and asked if I’d like to blog about it. Always in search of fun, new ideas for the blog I said, “why not!” I’m sure glad I did because you will not believe how beautiful this garage turned into a photo studio turned out, I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. And just a warning there are a lot of pictures, because it’s a fabulous space!
Before
The garage was unorganized and packed full of “garage things”.
The homeowners had an extra plot of land on their side yard so they decided to build a shed to organize and store all of their “garage stuff”.
The process
Next came the transformation of the garage from a garage to a photography studio. First they enclosed the portion of the garage that was going to be transformed.
Then a ceiling was added to the studio.
It looks so much better already!
Then the owners added different textures to the walls, to make different backdrops for pictures.
After
Once the construction phase was finished, then came the fun part, the decorating and staging! It turned out to be an absolutely gorgeous space!
