We recently painted and spruced up our pantry and in this house the walls are very textured so I needed a little help when it came to painting where the walls meet the ceiling. Lucky for me, FrogTape has this amazing new product that shows you how to paint perfect lines on textured walls, and makes it a quick and easy process!
The first step is to apply the orange tape.
Once you’ve applied the tape you use the Liquid Paint Block to go back over the seam between where you want your perfect line to be.
I ran the Liquid Paint Block all along the seam between the ceiling and the wall because I didn’t want any of the white ceiling paint to end up on the gray paint. After applying the paint block I let it dry for about 15 minutes, per package instructions.
When 15 minutes had expired, I painted the ceiling white.
After I finished painting the ceiling I removed the orange tape before the paint had a chance to try completely. Be careful when removing the tape because some of the paint on the tape might still be wet and you don’t want it to fall on something and get paint where you don’t want it.
The results of using FrogTapes Sharp Paint Lines Solution turned out beautifully in my pantry. Check out the crisp line between the wall and the ceiling.
I will definitely be using this product again and I highly recommend it to those that have really textured walls in their homes. To see my full pantry reveal click HERE.

I would use the frog tape to help my mom with the painting in her home. She has textured walls throughout her home.

I would do this in my kitchen/dining room. I’ve been dying to add an accent wall but the walls are heavily textured and it would be really difficult to pull off straight lines.

Wow! That’s a winner! I live in an old arts and craft home and textured walls are the norm. Its esp. Hard around the brick fireplace. This looks like just what we need

Anna, this is great. Previously I have used a clear glaze to seal the tape edges which also works very well. However, the bottle and applicator of this product looks like it would be much easier to apply. Also, this would be so easy to grab and go when doing a small project. I’ve used the glaze for anything I wanted to have sharp edge. Can’t wait to try this. It looks so much easier. Thanks for posting about new products.
