Then stack your tupperware inside of one another. I do actually have a lot more tupperware than this but it’s all in the refrigerator right now with Christmas leftovers! I would say I have about double this and it all stacks very nicely into one another.
Place lids and containers in the cupboard next to one another so they are easy to access and you never have to waste time looking around for a mismatched lid!
I use the same concept for storing my daughter’s plastic cups, plates, lids, etc. I purchased this basket, 3 for $1, and placed all of the lids in it. They are organized by size and are easy to access when I need them.
I have the bottom shelf in an upper cabinet set aside for “kid stuff”. Everything is stacked neatly and easily accessible.
Here’s another look. The bowls in front are the bowls that we use every day. The larger bowls are only used from time to time so they have been placed in the back, out of the way.
All of the sippy cups are stored on the next shelf up. We have a lot more, they just all happened to be in the dishwasher {man I guess I really need to do the dishes!}. The sippy cups and coffee cups share this shelf, oh, and my husband’s GU {he’s an avid runner}.
This is a great way to store kid’s dishes. If you don’t have extra cupboard space you could easily apply the same organization tools in a drawer. Use baskets, or drawer dividers, to contain lids, cups, bowls, plates, etc. Here are a couple examples that I found on Pinterest.
