Iced Hojicha Latte

Soy milk whisked with hojicha powder then lightly sweetened and topped with crushed ice. This iced hojicha latte is simple, delicious, and perfect for a warm summer day.
Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons hojicha powder
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • Crushed ice
Instructions
  1. In a small jar or glass, add the hojicha powder, brown sugar, and a little bit of the vanilla almond milk or soy milk. Whisk until the hojicha powder and sugar have dissolved into a paste and appears smooth. If there are clumps, the powder will later float to the top. Fill the rest of the jar with milk and stir to incorporate the hojicha paste. Top with crushed ice.
  2. Serve the iced hojicha latte immediately cold.
