White hot chocolate brewed with chai tea then topped with mini marshmallows, a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, and cinnamon stick. This chai white hot chocolate is simple and cozy, perfect for wintery days.
- 1 ½ cups whole milk
- 2 bags chai tea
- 2 oz white chocolate, chopped
Toppings
- Whipped cream
- Mini marshmallows
- Ground cinnamon
- Cinnamon stick
- In a small pot, add milk and chai tea bags over low to medium heat. Once the milk comes to a simmer, add chopped chocolate and remove the pot from heat. Stir the chocolate until it has completely melted.
- Remove the chai tea bags. Pour the hot chocolate into a large mug.
- Serve it with whipped cream, mini marshmallows, and a cinnamon stick if desired.
