Chai White Hot Chocolate

White hot chocolate brewed with chai tea then topped with mini marshmallows, a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, and cinnamon stick. This chai white hot chocolate is simple and cozy, perfect for wintery days.
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk
  • 2 bags chai tea
  • 2 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • Whipped cream
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Cinnamon stick
  1. In a small pot, add milk and chai tea bags over low to medium heat. Once the milk comes to a simmer, add chopped chocolate and remove the pot from heat. Stir the chocolate until it has completely melted.
  2. Remove the chai tea bags. Pour the hot chocolate into a large mug.
  3. Serve it with whipped cream, mini marshmallows, and a cinnamon stick if desired.
