Whipped coffee served over iced vanilla milk. This dalgona coffee is simple, delicious, and worth the extra effort.
Whipped Coffee
- 3 tablespoons instant coffee
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons hot water
Iced Vanilla Milk
- 1½ cups milk
- 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Crushed ice
- Mint for garnish
- In a small mixing bowl, add instant coffee, sugar, and hot boiling water. Whisk together with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Once you get the stiff peaks, set aside.
- In a glass, add milk and maple syrup and vanilla extract. Then top with crushed ice.
- Add just a tablespoon of the whipped coffee over the milk.
- Serve the dalgona coffee cold.
