Chai latte mixed with pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice. This pumpkin chai latte is simple, delicious, and so comforting for fall.
- 1½ cups almond milk
- 2 bags chai tea
- 1½ tablespoons pumpkin puree
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Heat almond milk in a small pot over low heat. Once the almond milk comes to a simmer, add two bags of chai tea. Remove the pot from heat and let the chai tea steep for several minutes.
- Press the tea bags to squeeze out the almond milk, and remove the tea bags.
- Heat the chai milk tea over low heat. Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and maple syrup. Whisk until foam appears on top.
- Remove from heat and pour the pumpkin chai latte into a small mug.
- Serve the pumpkin chai latte warm.
