Pumpkin Chai Latte

Chai latte mixed with pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice. This pumpkin chai latte is simple, delicious, and so comforting for fall.
  • 1½ cups almond milk
  • 2 bags chai tea
  • 1½ tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  1. Heat almond milk in a small pot over low heat. Once the almond milk comes to a simmer, add two bags of chai tea. Remove the pot from heat and let the chai tea steep for several minutes.
  2. Press the tea bags to squeeze out the almond milk, and remove the tea bags.
  3. Heat the chai milk tea over low heat. Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and maple syrup. Whisk until foam appears on top.
  4. Remove from heat and pour the pumpkin chai latte into a small mug.
  5. Serve the pumpkin chai latte warm.
