Peach Jam Burrata Toast

Toast topped with sweet peach jam, creamy burrata, thyme, and salt and pepper. This Peach Jam Burrata Toast is delicious and perfect for breakfast or a late summer snack.
  • 4 slices of bread, toasted
  • peach jam
  • 1 ball of burrata, quartered
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • flaky sea salt
  • freshly grounded black pepper
  1. Toast slices of bread. Spread peach jam over the toast. You can use either store bought or homemade peach jam. Top the toast with sliced burrata. Then add thyme leaves, freshly grounded black pepper, and flaky sea salt.
  2. Serve it immediately.
