Strongly brewed coffee with pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice sweetened with maple syrup. This pumpkin spice latte is the perfect pick me up for fall.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- ½ cup strong coffee
- In a small pot, add almond milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and maple syrup over low heat. Use a whisk to stir until all the ingredients are well incorporated and foam begins to form on the surface. Pour the pumpkin almond milk mixture into a mug.
- Now, slowly pour strongly brewed coffee into the same mug. Top with whipped cream if desired.
- Serve this pumpkin spice latte warm.
