Maple Pumpkin Almond Oatmeal Latte

Strong brewed coffee latte served with pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and oats. This maple pumpkin almond oatmeal latte is delicious and perfect for fall.
  • 1½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • 2-4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup strong brewed coffee
  • granola
  • whipped cream
  1. In a small pot, add almond milk, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and old fashioned oats. Bring the mixture to a simmer. Cook and stir for about 5-7 minutes until the oatmeal is steaming before removing the pot from heat. Use a fork or a small whisk to stir until the milk becomes foamy.
  2. Divide the oatmeal mixture into two cups and pour the strong brewed coffee into each cup. If you like, you can top your oatmeal latte with whipped cream and granola.
  3. Serve the maple pumpkin almond oatmeal latte warm and eat with a spoon.
