Roasted Honey Sesame Brussels Sprouts

Brussels sprouts tossed in honey, sesame oil, and soy sauce then roasted until slightly charred. These roasted honey sesame brussels sprouts are delicious and great as a side.
  • 1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, more for greasing the baking sheet
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum and lightly grease with olive oil. Set aside for now.
  2. In a large bowl, add olive oil, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Whisk until evenly combined. Add brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss until the brussels sprouts are coated in the sauce.
  3. Place the brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast the brussels sprouts for about 10 minutes. Then turn the brussels sprouts to the other side. Roast for another 8-10 minutes. The brussels sprouts will be slightly charred on the edges.
  4. Serve the roasted honey sesame brussels sprouts warm or cold.
