Watermelon Hibiscus Sparkling Soda |

Watermelon juice mixed with hibiscus tea, topped with club soda, this watermelon hibiscus sparkling soda is delicious, refreshing and perfect for those warm summer afternoons.
- 2 cups watermelon juice
- 2 cups water
- 1 hibiscus tea bag
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 cup sparkling water/soda
- Mint/basil
- In a small pot, heat water over medium heat with a bag of hibiscus tea and a little bit of sugar. Allow the hibiscus tea to steep for a few minutes before removing the teabag. Let the hibiscus tea to cool down for several minutes.
- Pour watermelon juice into a pitcher and add hibiscus tea. Stir to mix.
- When ready to serve, pour the watermelon hibiscus tea into glasses and top with club soda and crushed ice. Garnish with mint or basil.
- Serve the watermelon hibiscus sparkling soda cold.
