Chocolate Chips Cookies and Caramel S'mores

These decadent s'mores are finger linkin' good. Layers of chocolate chip cookies, rich dark chocolate sea salt caramels and perfectly toasted marshmallows will have you going back for more!
Ingredients
  • Chocolate chip cookies (made with premade dough, or from scratch)
  • Chocolate chip cookies (made with premade dough, or from scratch)
  • Ghirardelli Dark & Sea Salt Caramel squares
  • Ghirardelli Dark & Sea Salt Caramel squares
  • Marshmallows
  • Marshmallows
  • Roasting sticks
Instructions
  1. Bake the chocolate chip cookies according to package directions.
  2. Allow the cookies to cool completely.
  3. Place 1 Ghirardelli Dark & Sea Salt Caramel square on top of 1 upside down chocolate chip cookie, set aside.
  4. Toast 1 marshmallow to perfection.
  5. Once the marshmallow is toasted, pick up another chocolate chip cookie and use it to slide the marshmallow off the roasting stick, onto the chocolate caramel square and cookie that was set aside. Place the cookie on top of the marshmallow and enjoy!
