Chocolate Molten Lava Cakes

Ingredients
  • 6 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate

3/4 cup butter

  • 9 Tbsp. flour
Instructions
  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave for 1 min. Stir with a fork, or a whisk, then continue to microwave for 30 seconds at a time, until the chocolate is melted.
  2. Once the chocolate and butter are completely melted add the sifted powdered sugar and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add the eggs and egg yolks to the mixture. Mix well.
  4. Add flour and mix well.
  5. Once all the ingredients have been mixed together, divide the batter between 4 greased baking ramekins. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.
  6. Let the cakes cool for a few minutes and then remove them from the baking dishes and top them with powdered sugar, whipped cream, ice cream or any other delicious topping you can think of!
