Overnight Jam Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seed pudding with jam topped with fresh berries and garnished with mint. This jam chia seed pudding is delicious and the perfect way to start your day.
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup chia seeds
  • 1½ teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1½ cup vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons jam
  • blackberries
Instructions
  1. Add chia seeds to a glass jar with granulated sugar. Pour vanilla almond milk into the jar and mix until all the chia seeds are incorporated. Sometimes the chia seeds clump together so make sure that all the chia seeds are well mixed.
  2. Refrigerate the chia pudding overnight to allow the chia seeds to become a pudding like consistency.
  3. When you’re ready to serve the chia pudding, place jam at the bottom of a small glass, then spoon chia seed pudding over the jam. Top the chia seed pudding with fresh berries and mint leaves.
  4. Serve the jam chia seed pudding cold.
