This delicious, creamy martini is the perfect substitute for a Crème Brûlée dessert, it's all the flavor without all the calories!
Ingredients
  • Whipped Cream Vodka (or Vanilla Vodka, both are good)
  • Frangelico
  • Orange liqueur
  • 1 - Graham cracker
  • 1 - Tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
  • Martini glass
  • Martini shaker
  • Ice
Instructions
  1. Place the graham cracker in a small plastic baggie and use your hand to smash it up until it turns into graham cracker dust. You could also use a food processor or a coffee grinder but then you'd have to wash it. Once the graham cracker is all smooshed up, add 1 TBS of brown sugar to the bag and mix it in with the graham cracker dust.
  2. Empty the graham cracker sugar dust onto a plate. Use your fingers, or a damp paper towel, to wet the rim of the martini glass. Carefully roll the rim of the martini glass in the graham cracker sugar dust to line the top of the glass.
  3. Set the martini glass aside and fill the martini shaker about ⅓ of the way full with ice. Add to the shaker 2 oz of Whipped Cream Vodka, 2 oz of Frangelico, and 1 oz of orange liqueur.
  4. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds, then strain it into your martini glass.
