Peach Crumble

Baked sweet juicy yellow peaches topped with delicious crispy crumble, perfect for a quick and easy summer dessert.
Ingredients
  • 1 medium – large yellow peach
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ⅛ cup brown sugar
  • ⅛ cup butter (¼ stick)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375oF.
  2. Cut the peach into thin slices or small bite sized pieces.
  3. Place the cut peaches into two 6oz ramekins. Fill the ramekins almost to the top.
  4. Bake the peach filled ramekins for about 10 minutes to soften the peaches.
  5. Meanwhile, in a medium sized bowl, break apart the butter and add the sugar. Mix until the sugar is evenly incorporated into the butter.
  6. Add the flour to the butter and sugar mixture. Use your hand to mix the ingredients until they appear crumbly.
  7. Remove the ramekins from the oven and top the ramekins with the crumble. Return the ramekins to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes until the crumble becomes crispy and golden brown.
  8. Remove the Peach Crumble from the oven and allow them to cool for several minutes.
  9. Serve the Peach Crumbles warm.
